Second Key
Terms
October 8, 2026. By playing, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Second Key is a fictional game. The houses, crews, police, and crimes in it are not real. Nothing in the game is advice, a plan, or permission to commit a crime, hurt anyone, or break a law. Do not use it that way.
You must be 18 or older. If you are not, do not play.
You are responsible for your username, chat, and anything you do with the account. Do not threaten a real person, post someone's private information, harass anyone, or use the chat to plan real-world harm. The operator can remove a name, a message, or an account that breaks these rules.
The game is provided as it is. Saves can fail. Other players can say things the operator did not write. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost saves, or what another player types. If a law does not allow a limit, the limit is the smallest the law allows.
If a claim is brought because of your account, your chat, or your use of the game, you will cover the operator's reasonable defense costs and any amount they have to pay, to the extent the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute has to go to court, it goes to a state or federal court in Idaho, and you consent to that court.
The operator can change these terms by posting a new date on this page. Playing after that means you accept the change. The operator can stop the game at any time.
